Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are two Arkansas communities named Aetna: This one is located in Sharp County and the other is located in Craighead County.
Beyond Arkansas, there are 9 communities that are also named Aetna - they are located in Alabama, Alberta, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan and Tennessee (2).
