Welcome to Military Springs ...

So far, we found very little information about Military Springs. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

While we don't have the exact location of Military Springs , we believe that it would have been located within present day Lamar County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Military Springs, you might consider that their post office opened in 1879.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Military Springs was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<4>

From that list, the Military Springs post office opened in 1879.
