Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Navarro had an population of 215 people. This is an increase of 2.38% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 12.57% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Navarro had a population of 210 people. This makes Navarro the county's 14th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 210 people, the population of Navarro increased 9.95% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 191 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Navarro was on a map titled Map of Texas (from Rand McNally, 1911).

We also found Navarro in the book titled .<6> From that list, the Navarro post office opened in 1908.
