At the time of the 2010 Census, Ivanhoe had a population of 887 people. This makes Ivanhoe the county's 2nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 887 people, the population of Ivanhoe increased 17.95% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 752 people).
