Welcome to Dietz ...

So far, we found very little information about Dietz. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Dietz to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. Dietz was located

While we don't have the exact location of Dietz , we believe that it would have been located within present day Guadalupe County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Dietz, you might consider that their post office opened in 1886.

Time Zone: The area where Dietz was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time

Using our Gazetteer, we found another community named Dietz - it's located in Georgia.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Dietz was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Dietz post office opened in 1886.

We also found Dietz in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
