Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Naples had an population of 48 people. This is an increase of 17.07% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 92% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Naples had a population of 41 people. This makes Naples the county's 7th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 41 people, the population of Naples increased 64% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 25 people).
