Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Garden City had an population of 58 people. This is an increase of 9.43% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 19.44% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Garden City had a population of 53 people. This makes Garden City the county's 4th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 53 people, the population of Garden City decreased 26.39% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 72 people).
