From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Woodworth was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Woodworth post office opened in 1911.

We also found Woodworth on a map titled Shell Oil Road Map for North Dakota (1949).
