While we don't have a date for the founding of Ojata, you might get a feel for it by knowing that during our research the earliest mention that we found (so far) was in a book dated 1895.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Ojata is 850 feet [259 m] above sea level.<4>.

Time Zone: The area where Ojata was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time
