Welcome to Anon ...So far, we found very little information about Anon. The location of Anon has been provided by the Geographic Names Information System (ie- the GNIS).<3> While we don't have a date for the founding of Anon, you might consider that their post office opened in 1881. While the community is gone, the present day location for Anon is 490 feet [149 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: The area where Anon was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time If Anon still existed, it would have been in the (706) & (762)<5> area codes.
