While we don't have a date for the founding of Zeniff, you might consider that their post office opened in 1922.
While the community is gone, the present day location for Zeniff is 5,880 feet [1,792 m] above sea level.<4> In other words, the elevation of Zeniff is about 1¼ mile [or ~1¾ km] above sea level.
Time Zone: The area where Zeniff was located is in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (MST) and does not observe daylight saving time

We originally found mention of Zeniff in both the FIPS-55 and the GNIS. For more information, see the FIPS and GNIS Codes sections on our Miscellaneous Page.
From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Zeniff was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>
From that list, the Zeniff post office opened in 1922.
We also found Zeniff on a map titled Shell Oil Road Map for Arizona (1956).
