Do you know of North Fort Lewis ???

Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of North Fort Lewis, so we are uncertain whether North Fort Lewis is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name. While we don't have its location, we believe that North Fort Lewis would be found somewhere in Pierce County, Washington.
