Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Allegany Spring, so we are uncertain whether Allegany Spring is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name. While we don't have its location, we believe that Allegany Spring would be found somewhere in Montgomery County, Virginia.
