Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of McMillan Mesa, so we are uncertain whether McMillan Mesa is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name. While we don't have its location, we believe that McMillan Mesa would be found somewhere in Maricopa County, Arizona.
