Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Mapledale, so we are uncertain whether Mapledale is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name. While we don't have its location, we believe that Mapledale would be found somewhere in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin.
