Welcome to Doole ...So far, we found very little information about Doole. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1> We've added Doole to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. If you can help us with Doole, please Contact Us. Doole was located in Hill Country. Doole would have been located within present day McCulloch County<2>. The location of Doole has been provided by the Geographic Names Information System (ie- the GNIS).<3> While we don't have a date for the founding of Doole, you might consider that their post office opened in 1912. While the community is gone, the present day location for Doole is 1,510 feet [460 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: The area where Doole was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time The location where Doole once stood is in the (325) area code.
