Welcome to Cade ...

So far, we found very little information about Cade. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Cade to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. Cade was located

While we don't have the exact location of Cade , we believe that it would have been located within present day Navarro County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Cade, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1883.

Time Zone: The area where Cade was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are 2 communities that are also named Cade - they are located in Louisiana and Oklahoma.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Cade was on a map titled Map of Texas (from Rand McNally, 1911).

We also found Cade in the book titled .<3> From that list, the Cade post office opened in 1883.
