While we don't have a date for the founding of Usta, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1931.

From the 2010 Census (the most recent Census number we have), Usta had a population of 22 people.<3> (see below for details).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Usta was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Usta post office opened in 1931.
