Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, London had an population of 10,344 people. This is an increase of 4.44% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 17.93% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, London had a population of 9,904 people (or 22.8% of the total population of Madison County). This makes London the county's most populous community.

The population of London represents 0.09% of the total population of Ohio (which has 11,536,504 people), making it the state's 172nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 9,904 people, the population of London increased 12.92% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 8,771 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for London was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>

From that list, the London post office opened in 1813.
