Welcome to Telluride ...

So far, we found very little information about Telluride. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Telluride to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Telluride - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Telluride, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Telluride , we believe that it would have been located within present day Nye County<2>.

When the people of Telluride referred to themselves (known as a demonym), they are believed to have used Tellurider<3>

Time Zone: The area where Telluride was located is in the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) and observes daylight saving time

Communities Also Named Telluride ...

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are two Nevada communities named Telluride: This one is located in Nye County and the other is located in Lander County.

Beyond Nevada, there are 3 communities that are also named Telluride - they are located in Colorado and Idaho.
