Welcome to Ray (aka 'Rays') ...

So far, we found very little information about Ray. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Ray to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Ray - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Ray, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Ray <3>, we believe that it would have been located within present day Nye County<2>.

Ray was founded in 1902.

Time Zone: The area where Ray was located is in the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) and observes daylight saving time

The community of Ray has also been called Rays.

Communities Also Named Ray ...

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are two Nevada communities named Ray: This one is located in Nye County and the other is located in White Pine County.

Beyond Nevada, there are 26 communities that are also named Ray - they are located in Alabama (2), Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana (2), Iowa, Kansas (2), Kentucky (2), Michigan (2), Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas (2) and Virginia.
