Welcome to Nixon ...
So far, we found very little information about Nixon. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>
We've added Nixon to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. While we don't have the exact location of Nixon , we believe that it would have been located within present day Nye County<2>.
Nixon was founded in 1905.

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are two Nevada communities named Nixon: This one is located in Nye County and the other is located in Washoe County.
Beyond Nevada, there are 16 communities that are also named Nixon - they are located in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi (2), New Brunswick, New Jersey, Ontario, Oregon, Pennsylvania (2), Tennessee and Texas.
