Welcome to Apex ...

So far, we found very little information about Apex. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Apex to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Apex - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Apex, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Apex , we believe that it would have been located within present day Wayne County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Apex, you might get a feel for it by knowing that during our research the earliest mention that we found (so far) was on a map dated 1895.

Time Zone: The area where Apex was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time

Apex would have been located in the (402) and (531)<3> area codes.

Communities Also Named Apex ...

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are 15 communities that are also named Apex - they are located in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky (2), Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio (2) and Oregon.
