So far, we found very little information about Haven. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

Haven was located in the Missouri Ozarks.
While we don't have the exact location of Haven , we believe that it would have been located within present day Greene County<2>.
While we don't have a date for the founding of Haven, you might consider that their post office opened in 1895.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Haven was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>
From that list, the Haven post office opened in 1895.
We also found Haven on a map (with an unknown title) dated 1904.
