At the time of the 2010 Census, Orr had a population of 267 people. This makes Orr the county's 25th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 267 people, the population of Orr increased 7.23% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 249 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Orr was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Orr post office opened in 1907.
