Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Joppa Springs, so we are uncertain whether Joppa Springs is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name. While we don't have its location, we believe that Joppa Springs would be found somewhere in Baltimore County, Maryland.
