So far, we found very little information about Sunny Side. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

While we don't have the exact location of Sunny Side , we believe that it would have been located within present day Wichita County<2>.

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are two Kansas communities named Sunny Side: This one is located in Wichita County and the other is located in Montgomery County.
Beyond Kansas, there are 14 communities that are also named Sunny Side - they are located in Georgia, Missouri, New Mexico, Pennsylvania (2), South Carolina, Tennessee (2), Texas (2), Utah and Virginia (2).
