While we don't have the exact location of Benjaminville , we believe that it would have been located within present day McLean County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Benjaminville, you might consider that their post office opened in 1866.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Benjaminville was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Benjaminville post office opened in 1866.

We also found Benjaminville on a map (with an unknown title) dated 1870.
