How Far From Advent Hollow to ...
We spend a lot of time looking through Gazetteers, Almanacs & Directories that were published in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Many of the Gazetteers include the distance from a community such as Advent Hollow to various places of note, such as the White House.
With a nod to our favorite Gazetteers and using the location of where the historic<3> community of Advent Hollow once stood, the straight-line distance<4> beginning in Advent Hollow and extending to:
- Moscow, which is the Seat of Latah County, lies just to the South.
- Boise City, which is the State Capital of Idaho, lies 225 miles [362.1 km]<4> to the south (S). If you could drive a straight line from Advent Hollow to Boise City, with an average speed<5>of 63 miles [101.4 km] per hour, it would take nearly four hours to make the trip.
