While we don't have a date for the founding of Pu'uanahulu, you might get a feel for it by knowing that during our research the earliest mention that we found (so far) was on a map dated 1956.

Pu'uanahulu is 2,150 feet [655 m] above sea level.<1> In other words, the altitude of Pu'uanahulu is about ½ mile above sea level.
