While the community is gone, the present day location for Smiley is 90 feet [27 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: The area where Smiley was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time If Smiley still existed, it would have been in the (912) area code.
