How Far From Sunny Gap to ...
We spend a lot of time looking through Gazetteers & Almanacs that were published in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Many of the Gazetteers include the distance from a community such as Sunny Gap to various places of note, such as the White House.
With a nod to our favorite Gazetteers and using the location of where the historic<3> community of Sunny Gap once stood, the straight-line distance<4> beginning in Sunny Gap and extending to:
- Conway, which is the Seat of Faulkner County, lies just to the West.
- Little Rock, which is the State Capital of Arkansas, lies 24 miles [38.6 km]<4> to the south (S).
