While the community is gone, the present day location for Cruse is 230 feet [70 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: The area where Cruse was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time If Cruse still existed, it would have been in the (870) area code.
